What is most appealing?- Settling down with a family someday
- A life of singledom
- Living spontaneousy and in the moment
Spontaneity: Sure it's good in theory and generally thought of as the "fun" way to be vs. planning out things in advance. But really what am I supposed to do while waiting for random inspiration to strike you? If I'm in the middle of working in the garden, all sweaty and dirty, and you call wanting me to meet you at the marina in 15 mins to go boating... am I party pooper for not getting there for an hour after I've cleaned up? (<-True story!) Am I to leave my evenings and weekends open just in case you call for a date? 'fraid not. Is there such a thing as planned spontaneity?
